Clients range from startups without an engineering staff, to larger companies that would like to outsource some of their projects to get them completed quickly.

PMD's primary design tool is Solidworks "Professional" version.  James Cuevas, Owner and Principal Engineer, has been using Solidworks on a daily basis for over 13 years, and is currently running version 2011.  Projects can also be completed using previous versions of Solidworks if required by the client (back to version 2005).
