Medical Device Blood Analysis Machine Enclosure Design

PMD worked with the client's team of controls and software engineers to design the blood testing machine.  PMD's primary responsibility included the outer sheet metal enclosure of the machine, as well as various machined subassemblies for holding the blood samples in place.

X-Y-Z Positioning Stage Design

PMD worked with the client's internal team of software and controls engineers to create a new, updated version of a previous design of an X-Y-Z, approximately 25 nanometer resolution positioning stage used for microchip inspection.

Ultra Violet Light Sterilizing Machine

PMD was hired to create a "production" version of the client's "craftsman-style" rough prototype.  PMD worked with the client to ensure the original design intent was fully captured, while making the entire sheet metal structure as well as internal machined components easily manufacturable.
